“The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: My dear Arjuna, because you are never envious of Me, I shall impart to you this most confidential knowledge and realization, knowing which you shall be relieved of the miseries of material existence.”
It is quite difficult for we agnostics/ atheists to accept religion. But, when i came across this verse from a book explaining the importance of Knowledge according to Bhagavad Gita, i did question the thought process of a normal individual doubting the philosophical essence of it, or SRI KRSNA for that sense. To keep in mind, SRI KRSNA, doesnt imply to hindus as i would like to believe. It may be MOHAMMAD, JESUS, BUDDHA, MAHAVIR….I would thus like to ignite a new kind of following. One in which i believe in the philosophy of Bhagavad Gita (Which i am still reading and learning from) and have faith in myself irrespective of any physical or proclaimed religious distributions.
